Pondering Life !!!

Read a news today which says the CM of Andhra Pradesh, having impressed with the ‘hard-work’ of MLAs and MLCs has decided to gift gift a tab costing Rs 41,000 to each one of them. There are around 300 odd members and one can imagine the amount of money being spent on making all of them happy. This shows how powerful our democracy has made these politicians. They can decide the amount of taxes, tolls we need to pay and the returns are for themselves in the form of corruption, gifts, luxury and comforts. Salary for police, traffic police, postal department and other government agencies??? PEANUTS North India has suffered one of the worst ever disasters with such a huge loss of life, property, livelihood. All say it is a natural calamity but don’t we agree that this is purely man-made specially designed and crafted. Indiscriminate and illegal constructions even after no clearances from environment departments – the government has played a blind face to everything. Whose Loss ???...

Here I am, after exactly 2 years from my last post. I don't know what caused the delay - laziness, inconveniences etc etc. We humans have a list of reasons for anything... don't we? So yeah, if I start finding out the reason it would be a long list... Time flies, life changes... Sounds cliched? but very true... Within these two years I am a changed person...
